Ivan Diaz is the founder of IED.Audio LLC, an audio consulting and training company focused on helping churches, production teams, and content creators achieve professional, impactful sound with excellence and purpose.

With over 10 years of experience serving in church production environments and nationwide AVL consulting, Ivan has worked across live services, broadcast, monitors, system optimization, and team development. His passion goes beyond equipment and mixing consoles, he is committed to building people, developing teams, and creating healthy production cultures that thrive both technically and spiritually.

Through consulting, training, and system optimization, Ivan helps organizations eliminate technical distractions, improve consistency, and create audio environments that build confidence for both teams and audiences.

As the founder of The Booth I/O, Ivan has also created a growing community dedicated to equipping and encouraging audio engineers, production volunteers, and creatives through hands-on training, mentorship, and collaboration.

Known for his relational approach, attention to detail, and heart for ministry, Ivan partners with churches and organizations to create environments where technology supports the mission, not distracts from it.

Whether working with a growing church, an established production team, or an independent creator, Ivan focuses on practical solutions that are sustainable, scalable, and easy to maintain long after the project is complete.

Whether consulting on a large-scale install, training a volunteer team, or helping a creator improve their sound, his goal is always the same: to help people communicate clearly, excellently, and with impact.

At IED.Audio, great audio isn't just about better sound, it's about helping people connect with the message that matters most.
